I am a graphic artist with experience teaching graphic design and illustration. My passion for graphic art began at a young age and has grown into a successful career. I believe in constantly pushing myself to create work that is both innovative and timeless. ​I have taught graphic arts for over 22 years at both the high school and adult level, and I find great satisfaction in helping others develop their graphic arts skills.

THE STORY BEHIND MY STAINED GLASS STYLE ILLUSTRATIONS

After retiring from teaching public education, I became an instructor at a Catholic School in Roswell, Georgia. My stained-glass portrait series began in the classroom. As a graphic arts teacher, I was looking for a meaningful way to weave faith into student projects, so I created an assignment that challenged students to design vector-style stained glass illustrations inspired by a Bible verse of their choice. The results were striking—bold, colorful, and filled with symbolism. Inspired by what my students created, I began experimenting with the style in my own artwork. What started as a classroom project quickly became a personal passion. I discovered that the stained glass approach perfectly combines my love of graphic arts with the timeless beauty and storytelling of stained glass, allowing me to create portraits that feel both modern and deeply rooted in tradition.
